Megan is a seasoned professional in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics. Megan has played pivotal roles in device certification and development for startups in regulated fields. With a passion for women's health innovation combined with experience in the venture capital and startup ecosystems, Megan has driven her role of Chief Operating Officer for Origin Sciences, into a new focus for Ellele Health.

Kiran Kang

Regulatory Affairs Manager

Kiran has worked within the In-vitro Diagnostics industry for over 13 years covering various departments including Manufacturing, Technical Process Development, Technical Services, Quality, and Regulatory. Kiran has extensive experience in Regulatory when it comes to IVD product registrations, technical documentation, layperson (IVDD) CE certification, risk management, and post-market surveillance, as well as building and managing Quality Management Systems to ISO 13485 and ISO 15189.

Neil Ryan

Chief Medical Officer

Alongside his role as CMO, Neil is the RCOG Subspecialty Trainee in Gynaecology Oncology at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and a CSO/NES Clinical Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. He completed his PhD at the University of Manchester in 2020, leading to changes in NICE guidelines for womb cancer testing. Neil has received numerous awards, including the President's Medal from UoM and the William Blair Bell Lecture from the RCOG. He sits on several prestigious national and international committees and is dedicated to improving personalized treatments and identifying high-risk cancer patients. Neil also serves as a Major in the Royal Army Medical Corps.As Chief Medical Officer for Ellele Health, Neil ensures the company excels while maintaining strict evidence-based practices.
