Kiran Kang
Head of Regulatory Affairs
Kiran has worked within the In-vitro Diagnostics industry for over 13 years covering various departments including Manufacturing, Technical Process Development, Technical Services, Quality, and Regulatory. Kiran has extensive experience in Regulatory when it comes to IVD product registrations, technical documentation, layperson (IVDD) CE certification, risk management, and post-market surveillance, as well as building and managing Quality Management Systems to ISO 13485 and ISO 15189.
Ana Crespillo Casado
Principal Scientist
Ana is the Principal Scientist at Ellele Health, where she leverages her extensive expertise in molecular biology to drive innovation in diagnostic methods for cancer. Ana completed her PhD and postdoctoral research at the University of Cambridge, focusing on protein misfolding and innate immunity. With years of academic experience, she brings deep scientific insight and rigor to her work. At Ellele Health, Ana is passionately contributing to advancing women's health through cutting-edge research and meticulous scientific practices.
Neil Ryan
Chief Medical Officer
Alongside his role as CMO, Neil is the RCOG Subspecialty Trainee in Gynaecology Oncology at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and a CSO/NES Clinical Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. He completed his PhD at the University of Manchester in 2020, leading to changes in NICE guidelines for womb cancer testing. Neil has received numerous awards, including the President's Medal from UoM and the William Blair Bell Lecture from the RCOG. He sits on several prestigious national and international committees and is dedicated to improving personalized treatments and identifying high-risk cancer patients. Neil also serves as a Major in the Royal Army Medical Corps.As Chief Medical Officer for Ellele Health, Neil ensures the company excels while maintaining strict evidence-based practices.

Clinical Study Manager
Sue is an experienced Clinical Study Manager with extensive experience working within the Pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic Industries. Sue has experience of managing and monitoring across a broad range of studies and therapeutic areas. Sue led the management of our first feasibility study conducted in Edinburgh.

Chris is a skilled Quality Assurance professional, with experience gained throughout various industries. Originally qualified as a Mechanical Engineer, working in Manufacturing and Design, Chris later moved into the Quality Assurance sector working within the Medical Device industry. Chris has worked within Quality for over 10 years, working with reputable organisations such as Astra Zeneca, Vectura, Oval Medical and many more. Specialities include ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14971:2019 and Creation and Management of Quality Management Systems.
